Suzy Amis Cameron, wife of Academy–Award winning director James Cameron, co–founded the Muse School, an alternative school that boasts of near zero waste and teaches sustainability, in 2005. Now the California based Muse School will be the first to offer their students a 100% vegetable based meal plan. The school takes every step to teach their students about and practice sustainability.
