Today’s Solutions: November 22, 2024

A few months ago Oxfam released a report detailing greenhouse gas emissions in the food production sector—pointing out General Mills, one of the largest food producers in America, as one of the worst offenders. General Mills has now announced plans to greatly reduce greenhouse emissions from both operational processes and their suppliers. The company says they’re aiming to sustainably source 100% of their top 10 ingredients by 2020.
