Cities like Singapore and Kyoto in Japan already grow vegetables in indoor hyper–efficient vertical gardens. A new vertical farm designed by Aprilli Design Studio takes the vertical gardens to the next level– creating skyscrapers but instead of having floors with offices, they have floors that are an open-air plot of land for growing vegetables.
