Scientists say they are one step closer to a cure for those who suffer from severe peanut allergies. A recent study took a group of 30 children and gave them a mixture of a peanut protein and a probiotic. After 18 months 80 percent of study participants reported being peanut allergy attack free. Though the results are promising, more tests still need to be done before this remedy is prescribed to patients on a large scale.
