And we are also aware that keeping a steady meditation practice is a fantastic way to keep it in check so that it doesn’t control us. He is one of those no-nonsense guys who grew up in an atheist family, and whose professional journey unexpectedly led to a spiritual path. Discovering the writing of Eckhart Tolle while doing research was a turning point in his life. He has developed an incredibly simple, compelling narrative to make meditation accessible to anyone, based on his own experience.
