Researchers from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore found that yoga may be a safe and effective way to keep moving for one in five adults living with arthritis, providing pain relief and a 20% improvement in physical health. Yoga can also provide similar improvements in maintaining the mental well-being of adults suffering from arthritis as it gives boosts in energy and mood. A cure for arthritis is yet to be found, but the results are very welcome as they will provide adults with a more natural way to cope with the joint disorder.
