The lawfirm Herbert Smith Freehills (HSF), based in London and Sydney, has run over a dozen mindfulness programs over the past year, with “extraordinary” results, as is reported by Lawyers Weekly. Based on self-reported data, program participants experienced a 45% increase in focus, a 35% decrease in stress and a 35% increase in effectiveness.
