We all know exercise is good us, yet, few of us exercise enough. The solution? Paying a fine. That’s what an interesting new study, published in the Annals of Internal Medicine, suggests. People who had to give up money if they didn’t exercise enough met their goal 50% more of the time than people who were paid to exercise. After all, we human beings are motivated by losses more than gains.
