Having trouble falling asleep? It may be a result of your diet. A new study out of Purdue University suggests that people who eat a high-protein diet are more likely to sleep better. The study found that consuming a lower calorie diet with a higher amount of protein improves sleep quality for middle-age adults. So if you want to get a better night’s rest, consider adding some more protein to your diet.
