According to the United Nations, two-thirds of the world’s population will be living in cities, with the urban population in developing countries doubling. That’s a lot of mouths to feed. Farming in rural lands and transporting food is not a sustainable long-term solution. That’s why urban farms are critical to feeding our increasingly urbanized population in a changing climate.
