Nowadays, there is an endless list of alternatives, from cashew and soy milk to the utterly disgusting hemp milk. But there’s one type of milk that you’ve never heard of that’s poised to take the industry by storm; oat milk. Created by the Swedish, of course, oat milk is vegan, rich in fiber, and has a consistency similar to regular milk, which is making it very popular amongst baristas.
