According to new research, 20 to 40 percent of cancer cases—and about 50 percent of all deaths from cancer—might be prevented if we all did these four things: exercise regularly, maintain a healthy BMI, stay smoke-free, and skip booze or drink only in moderation. That’s it—or rather, that might be enough to slash cancer rates and deaths.
