For most Americans, commuting to work on a train is rare. That’s because the infrastructure for trains is poor, with many parts of the US not reachable via railways. This leads to a heavy dependence on cars, which leads to painstaking traffic jams in cities like Los Angeles and Miami. And since the government isn’t doing anything to set up better railway systems, a company in Florida has taken matters into their own hands. A train service has been created that starts from West Palm Beach and will eventually extend as far north as Orlando, reaching 6 million residents along a 235-mile corridor and potentially removing 3 million private cars from local roads.
