The local government is completely redesigning its capital to include large shaded walkways to encourage people to walk more, plentiful green spaces, widespread use of renewable energy, and a well-functioning transport infrastructure. The project is estimated to be finished within 25 years and represents a promising effort in dealing with the growing problem of rapid urbanization.
