Today’s Solutions: December 26, 2024

If you really think about it, working at a hospital is sort of a sport in itself, with workers walking up to 5 miles during a typical 12-hour shift and only sitting for less than one hour–all while saving lives. For that reason, Nike has created tailor-made shoes just for the hard-working nurse.

The new ‘Air Zoom Pulse’ trainers incorporate useful features suited to the hospital working environment. The sleek outer layer of the shoes is impermeable, stopping any liquids from soaking through. The shoes are also laceless for easy and comfortable wear while the soles have a gripping rubber sole to prevent any slips and offer comfort during long working hours.

All in all, the shoes seem like a very good option for our everyday heroes: doctors and nurses. The only set back might be its rather expensive price, as the company listed the shoe at around $135 – $147.
