Eating well goes a long way when it comes to your health. And it starts very early. New research published in the Australian and New Zealand Journal of Public Health has found that infants will benefit from a well balanced diet years into life. Scientists from Queensland University of Technology in Australia report that infants who eat well are less likely to develop childhood obesity or chronic disease, as they grow older. Among the foods no baby needs to eat are sweet biscuits. “Completely unnecessary”, the scientists say.
