Today’s Solutions: January 12, 2025

For generations, Cadillac has been a symbol of luxury in the automobile industry. Now, luxury is going green with the unveiling of its first all-electric vehicle. The electric crossover will debut at the National Auto Dealer Association in April.

The vehicle runs using Cadillac’s BEV3 platform which operates much like an ice cube tray. The batteries are stored in compartments and as many or as few can be added as needed. This means the technology can be used in a wide variety of vehicle types without sacrificing range.

Cadillac has pledged that a majority of its vehicles will be electric by 2030. As shown by this year’s Superbowl commercials, electric vehicle options are increasing rapidly. An all-electric model from a popular brand like Cadillac is yet another step towards green energy options from brands across the whole industry.
