  1. Well+Good Youtube cooking videos. The Well+Good series, Cook With Us, features easy and healthy recipes you can whip up in 30 minutes or less. If you’re bored of your usual dinner routine, this is a great resource!
  2.  Whole Foods Home Ec 365.  Another great free tool, this course from Whole Foods features great healthy recipes as well as unique skills like how to clean tricky appliances and how to make meals out of food scraps you would otherwise throw away. 
  3.  Home Cooking. If you already consider yourself a skilled chef, this great course from Samin Nosrat will teach you some of the more niche kitchen skills like how to cook with bay leaves and no-oven cooking alternatives.
  4. Milk Street Cooking School. Milk Street features two or more lessons a week with subjects ranging from knife skills to cooking with garlic. It will cost you $25, but the teachers will answer your questions throughout the curriculum, making it more interactive.
  5.  Withlocals Mixology of Spices from Dubai Live Online Experience. Don’t be intimidated by the long name. This course is for cooks who want to master traditional Indian recipes. Hosted by a couple in Dubai, you will learn how to make classic Indian delicacies completely from scratch. 
  6. Sur La Table cooking classes. These courses are 90 minutes and each one focuses on a different delicious recipe like Cioppino Seafood Stew and autumn gnocchi
  7.  MasterClass courses. For the more dedicated home chef, a MasterClass subscription is $180 a year and will teach you a wide range of skills and techniques featuring celebrity chefs like Gordon Ramsey and Domnique Ansel.

Whether you’re feeding a family, want to impress your partner with a special date night, or just filling time, there is an online cooking class for everyone. It’s a nutritious and delicious way to pick up a new hobby and treat yourself to some comfort food. Good luck, chef!
