The climate is changing, and though legislation and individual’s taking action will limit how bad climate change will get, it is the most pressing issue we face as a global community. Polar bears seem to be adapting to climate change rather well, and though researchers were initially worried about their dwindling habitat, the bears are making due with what’s available. Polar bears are slowly shifting north, to more sea ice, and where food is more abundant. While this situation is less than ideal, it’s good that their numbers aren’t dropping off like what was initially predicted, and they’re just shifting habitats to find more food.
