In our daily lives, we are constantly fixated on problems and dealing with stress which is a well-known immune system killer. In nature, we get away from all that. Instead of wasting energy on obligations like work, the body can invest more energy and resources towards the immune system as a result of the content, safe feeling we get from being in nature.
