Just a handful of walnuts per day, or less, can noticeably improve your memory, according to a new study. The study had thousands of study participants consisting of over 20 year olds living in the US and found that those who ate more walnuts performed better on cognitive tests they were administered. Walnuts are packed full of great stuff like vitamins, minerals, omega-3s, and other antioxidants. So work walnuts into you’re daily diet, your memory will thank you.
