Today’s Solutions: November 24, 2024

More and more these days we’re being told that we need a digital detox to overcome our addiction to technology, but tech and mindfulness entrepreneur Rohan Gunatillake has a much more interesting idea: let’s get tech to work for us instead. He has created an app called Buddhify that uses the wisdom of mindfulness meditation to teach users to become more aware of when they are reaching for the smartphones and to help foster a better a healthier relationship with technology. Click here for more on Buddhify and it’s digital approach to helping beat a tech fixation.
