Today’s Solutions: January 15, 2025

This is not easy, but it is important. According to the Second Law of Thermodynamics entropy in the universe must always increase. That is: A fried egg will never become an egg again and free energy or perpetual motion is impossible. And, yet, we live in an endless universe where energy “disappears” in black holes. Can it be that the Second Law of Thermodynamics only works in our reality because we are missing a complete picture? Shamans and ancient sages will argue so. But now physics is coming closer to their perspective, at least theoretically. Researchers have developed a theoretical model where the Second Law is violated on a molecular level. This research could be a fist step towards the discovery of “hidden” energy fields.
