It’s an unstable situation, which is why a food company in Pennsylvania has been hiring ex-offenders that need help getting back on their feet. Lancaster Food Company, a 100 percent organic food supplier, looks for formerly incarcerated people who are having trouble finding jobs. So far, no one has quit since being hired.
