The app was originally made to help people with meditation, but now the company behind it has added a new feature of bedtime stories to help with those who suffer from insomnia. The original stories are tailored for sleep as the narration gradually becomes softer, with longer pauses between each word. And just to make sure you feel relaxed, the stories are told with sounds of nature in the background.
