What types of memberships are there?

  • We offer a free Membership
  • We offer three levels of Emissary Membership Monthly & Annually:
    • $5.00 Monthly, $60 Annually – Standard Emissary Membership
    • $15.00 Monthly, $180 Annually – Emissary Ambassador Membership
    • $50.00 Monthly, $600 Annually – Super Emissary Membership
  • We offer a gift membership which can be purchased for $60 yearly.

How do I get rid of the pop-up?

If you are an Emissary, you will have to login one time on each device you use (PC, Tablet, Phone). The system will remember you from that login and will automatically log you in from then on.

How do I change my personal information?

Go to our website www.optimistdaily.com

In the right corner, below the search bar, click on My Account. There you’ll be able to edit your personal information or change your password.

How do I change my payment information?

If you used PayPal or Stripe as your preferred choice of payment, you can go into that system and change the information, or send us an email at support@optimistdaily.com and someone will contact you and help walk you through this step.

How do I cancel my Emissary subscription?

You can sign into either your PayPal or Stripe account and cancel your subscription there, or you can send us an email at support@optimistdaily.com and someone will contact you and take care of this for you.

How can I make a one-time payment?

We are grateful to all who want to contribute to The Optimist Daily and understand that not everyone can make a membership commitment of $60 or more. If you’d like to contribute another amount, we accept checks or can process a payment online through our non-profit partner The World Business Academy. Can I submit articles for The Optimist Daily to publish?

At this time, we do not feature guest posts on our publication. With that said, if you have an interesting subject matter that you would like to see discussed please feel free to send it to either editorial@optimistdaily.com or support@optimistdaily.com. We have previously used suggestions from many of our members.

What to do if I am no longer getting the daily newsletter?

Please check both your Spam and Trash folders or your promo folder, if you have one. If they aren’t getting to you at all please contact support@optimistdaily.com and we will help you out.
